Tunisian company Universal Auto Distributors Holding (Uadh) and PSA Group’s Eurorepar Car Service have signed an agreement to deploy a multi-brand network in Africa

The agreement covers the deployment of the Eurorepar Car Service network to Côte d’Ivoire and Senegal, with a possible rollout to other countries in sub-Saharan and eastern Africa.

Under the new deal, the Uadh holding company will import the Citroen brand into Tunisia through its subsidiary, Aurès Auto.

It is already participating in the deployment of Eurorepar Car Service in Tunisia through a joint venture with STAFIM, an importer of the Peugeot brand.

Walid Loukil, the deputy CEO at Uadh, commented, “The agreements signed will enable our three entities, which until now had been operating individually in Africa, with considerable success, to give Eurorepar Car Service the benefit of our respective know-how and our various networks, enabling it to spread out rapidly across Africa.”
