MSC officially acquires Bolloré Africa

Bolloré SE has announced that it has completed the sale of 100% of Bolloré Africa Logistics to the MSC Group

MSC will acquire all of the Bolloré Group transport and logistics activities in Africa on the basis of a EU5.7bn enterprise value (approx. US$6bn).

According to the company, the Bolloré Group will remain strongly involved in Africa, notably through Canal+, and will also continue to develop on the continent its activities in many fields such as communications, entertainment, telecommunications and publishing.
