Doosan Construction Equipment has appointed Addis Ababa-based My Wish Enterprise as the new authorised dealer in Ethiopia for Bobcat compact equipment
My Wish Enterprise has been the official dealer in Ethiopia for the Doosan Heavy range of equipment for the last three years.
Husamudin Seifu, managing director of My Wish Enterprise, said, “We are pleased to add Bobcat equipment to our existing Doosan Heavy representation. Training managers from the company were recently at our facilities in Addis Ababa to give our sales and service staff a thorough training on Doosan machines.”
As part of the new Bobcat agreement, My Wish Enterprise will be responsible for marketing in Ethiopia the complete range of Bobcat equipment, which will include skid-steer, compact tracked and all wheel steer loaders, compact excavators, telescopic handlers, utility vehicles and a comprehensive selection of attachments for these machines.
To support both new and existing Bobcat customers in Ethiopia, My Wish Enterprise will offer a large selection of genuine Bobcat accessories and parts. The company will carry most essential spare parts and provide a back-up service with rapid delivery for other items.
A statement from My Wish Enterprise said that customers will benefit from My Wish Enterprise’s on-site service network, covering everything from emergency repairs to routine maintenance.
“Our engineers have years of experience of repairs and servicing of heavy plant and machinery. The company’s service vans are fully equipped with workshop tools and parts for on-the-spot service work,” the statement claimed.
