The E-series from Blend Plants provide an innovative solution for mixing different types of materials on site

E-series is the range of mobile plants for mixing concrete, cementitious mixtures, sand, mortar, cold asphalt and recycled concrete. Blend machines are designed to be mobile, versatile and multifunctional. They are easy to use and transport; thanks to their compactness they fit perfectly into a container.

Their internal structure allows for on-site production and reduces material waste. The materials are transported in separate compartments and are precisely weighed by load cells and mixed according to the chosen recipe, producing only the desired quantity. There is no need to wait for concrete deliveries on site or incur additional costs for excess material.

The aggregates are loaded separately into the hoppers by means of a wheel loader, dosed by decrement and conveyed to the mixer by means of conveyor belts.

The continuous mixing guarantees a quality final product, the single shaft mixer reaches a production of 50 m3/h and is easily accessible for practical cleaning and maintenance.

Production is automated by means of a simple and intuitive control panel and can be managed by a single operator. The use of the radio control allows remote control.4

All E-series mobile plants can be installed on trucks, rail wagon or work in stationary mode.

The four models vary in size and capacity and are respectively: E015, E025, E050 and Seventy.

Through the MyBlend management system it is possible to remotely monitor production, manage recipes, receive production reports and analysis. Finally, a remote assistance service is available for activities that can be performed remotely by a Blend specialist technician.
