Haver & Boecker Niagara, a provider of screening, pelletising and mineral processing plants and systems, has announced a new lead for their southern African operation in a bid to grow the company’s presence on the continent
The company has announced Fabian Stuart as the new head of mineral processing and mining for the company’s southern Africa operation, tasking him with growing its footprint over the continent by increasing productivity of operations.
To do so, Stuart will draw from his extensive experience of more than 30 years within the industry where he has spent time with organisations such as PPC Cement and BME Group.
“My goal is to build relationships with clients and show them how Haver & Boecker Niagara can help maintain and optimise their equipment,” Stuart remarked. “While providing our clients with top-tier solutions for their processing needs is a priority, we also want to demonstrate how we can be a collaborative partner and consultant first with our PROcheck service programme.”
The PROcheck service programme applies Haver & Boecker Niagara’s expertise to inspect customers’ screening processes in order to recommend best practices for processing proficiency. Evaluations can be completed quickly, even while the equipment is operating and all observations and recommendations are recorded in a comprehensive report.
Clayton Carvalho, managing director of Haver & Boecker Niagara’s Brazil operation, added, “This new role is a natural extension of his decade-long leadership of the Southern Africa team and extensive managerial experience. Serving as a client liaison as well as a managerial executive for Haver & Boecker Niagara makes Stuart well-equipped to understand customer needs from their perspective and offer a tailored approach to potential solutions.”
