As ConMin West Africas opening ceremony draws closer, national and international players and businesses are set to touch down in Abuju, Nigeria, to take part in the two-day event on the 13 - 14 June 2017
This year's ConMin West Africa has been organised around the nine programme execution pillars Africa mining vision action plan. These pillars include: improving mining revenues and mineral rents management, improving geological and mining information systems, building human and institutional capacities, integrating artisanal and small scale miners, improving mineral sector governance, research and development, environmental and social issues, linkages and diversification and mobilizing mining and infrastructure investment.
Attending the event will include national companies such as Roots Group, Hydrotrans Nigeria ltd, Thysenn Krupp and Boustany and Partners. In addition, international businesses will be attending the eagerly anticipated event in Abuju in June including Global Helicopter Service GmbH, CDE Global, Aumund Fördertechnik, Beijing Join Link and Kaushik Engineering Works.
