ADNOC Distribution, a large fuel and convenience retailer, has announced the inauguration of three ADNOC service stations in Egypt

The new stations are located in key areas across Greater Cairo in order to offer a full range of vehicle service to local communities. They are the first to be introduced following the company’s acquisition of a 50% stake in TotalEnegies Marketing Egypt LLC (TEME) and will be followed by a futher six station in the country by the end of 2023.

Bader Saeed Al Lamki, CEO of ADNOC Distribution, remarked, “Today marks an important milestone in our international expansion journey as we launch ADNOC service stations in Egypt, positioning us as a leading regional provider of mobility solutions. As a future-focused business, we continue to take bold steps to address the needs of our customers and look forward to bringing more of our innovative and digitally-backed services to the Egyptian market and to exploring further opportunities to grow our portfolio.”

ADNOC Distribution, as part of the roll-out, also launched its ADNOC Oasis convenience stores which offer a range of food and beverages.

Thomas Strauss, managing director of TEME, commented, “We are delighted to announce this momentous collaboration with ADNOC Distribution. This partnership signifies our shared vision to offer unparalleled products and services to our esteemed customers in Egypt. With great conviction, we believe that this alliance will enhance our offerings and reinforce our unwavering commitment to delivering excellence.”

The newly opened ADNOC service stations are fully equipped to operate 24/7 and offer a full range of vehicle services including car wash, lubricant and tire change. Maintenance services are available at Maadi Degla and Obour City service stations, while all three sites feature an ADNOC Oasis convenience store.

This expansion into Egypt is the latest achievement in the company’s international growth journey after opening its first service station outside the UAE in 2018.
