exp Realty, a large independent real estate country and subsidiary of exp World Holdings, has celebrated the milestone of exceeding 1,000 agents across South Africa
This achievement is particularly impressive given the company registered 574 total agents in the country in July 2022. This represents a 74% increase in just over a year.

The growth in personnel has translated to a growth in activity, with the company also registering more transactions in the first half of 2023 compared to 2022. Andrew Thompson, director and country leader of exp Realty South Africa, explained, “eXp South Africa has realised a cash-flow positive, debt-free and profitable operation in its first 15 months since receiving its license via the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority back in December 2020.
