The Sports Ministry of Cameroon met with Egis Batiments International to review the current construction work for the Olembe sports complex, which is expected to host the opening ceremony of the 32nd edition of the African Cup of Nations in 2019

Marc Vallee, director of Egis Batiments International in Africa, confirmed that the purpose of the meeting was to evaluate the level of work already done at the Olembe construction site and to discuss the future development of the project.

Vallee said that the project is scheduled to be completed by January 2019.

“We are forced to mobilise our efforts to meet the set deadlines,” he added.
