African and Egyptian asset firms enter into joint venture

African property management firm, Altree Capital and Egyptian asset manager, Beltone Financial have announced the formation of Altree Beltone Capital Ltd

Altree Beltone Capital will be a joint venture directed at providing investment management and advisory services to local and international investors.

The companies said in a joint statement, “Altree Beltone Capital will manage equity investments across the region and serve as investment manager and advisor to the Altree Beltone Africa Opportunities Fund and Beltone Gems MENA Equity Fund.

“We are excited by the opportunity to establish Altree Beltone Capital as one of the Middle East and Africa region’s asset management firms. By using Beltone’s Middle East and North African footprint and Altree’s industry experience, the firm will offer a wide range of asset management products to investors across the globe,” the statement added.

This strategic alliance will bring together investment performance, research capabilities and local resources across Africa and the Middle East.
