Alstom Hydro has the largest worldwide installed base accounting for 25 per cent of the world’s hydro facilities.

Alstom offers individually tailored client service packages ranging from technical support, customer help lines, to personnel training, maintenance engineering and condition monitoring, to full reliability packages, total operation and complete maintenance for any type of hydroelectric power station. The company operates in more than 70 countries, which means it is close to its customers when they need its services.
Alstom's stated goal is to work with its customers locally to provide the best solutions that keep their plants up and running at peak performances and enable them to optimise their investment payback.
